Stayed at Tsilivi Admiral hotel on the last week of the season Despite it being the end of the season staff and entertainment team still put in 100% We stayed in a family room in block C lovely layout perfect for families cleaner gives you a bottle of water daily. Food options were plentiful usually several grilled options and carvery meat option even had Sunday lunch with Yorkshire pudding.Along with traditional Greek options and always fresh pizza and chips for the kids. Snack bar was open daily which had a wide range of options cooked to order. Good location to beach, waterpark and only short stroll to shops and bars. Fantastic hotel would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic 3-star but a mediocre 4-star hotel. To be entirely honest, we had a good time at this hotel. The food was great, each day the menu changed just enough to try something new and there was enough of proven things to eat just in case the new propositions were not to your liking. The all-inclusive drinks were average. Hotel service was fantastic, the rooms were cleaned each day and the manager was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, with good AC but require some renovations. The pool was way too small for the amount of people that attend it and there is no lifeguard. The hotel is visited mostly by families with small kids and is very noisy during the day, during the late hours it was also noisy because of the entertainment part and some drunk people. The sunbeads are rather old and require both cleaning (that was not one performed) and/or replacement. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the seaside but the first actually nice beach is about 15 minutes away. To simwrise it all, the hotel should be a 3 Star instead of a 4 Star and is good for families.

9 out of 10 for us.......We are a middle aged couple and went at the end of September (No kids around) and we got a week at a cracking price. The reviews here make me laugh, people mention the hotel entertainment but it finishes at 12 so is that really too late when you're on holiday? lol The hotel is a medium size and has a lovely feel, the staff are always smiling and are really nice. The food is out of this world and the restaurant whilst not luxurious is always so clean and the staff so attentive. I guess it all comes down to what you are looking for from a holiday as the reviews seem to be all over the place. We had a brilliant time and it was perfect for us. Arrived at the hotel late afternoon taken to our rooms. Our friends had the room next door to us. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly found previous guests dirty sock under the bed. Then noticed we had no plug for the sink and the only socket by the mirror was not working. Shower head and taps needed descaling. Our friends room had sewage coming up from the drain in the bathroom. They went to complain and somebody came along with guest towels put them over the drain and told them to leave them there to try and prevent it from coming up again. A few days later both had a bout of vomitting diarrhoea! Hygiene in this hotel is very poor. The daily cleaner only empties bins and occasionally sweeps the floor. Had to go and buy cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom myself! Round the children’s pool there was a drain overflowing with urine which we had to try and step over every time we left our rooms. Many people while we were there had vomiting diarrhoea. This hotel is definitely not a 4 stars it barely scrapes 3! Only good thing about this hotel is the staff are very polite and friendly considering the amount of complaints they have to deal with on a daily basis. And the food was very good lots of choice and well cooked. TUI should be ashamed of itself calling this a 4star hotel when they clearly have a sewage problem and the rooms are dirty when you arrive and never cleaned properly while you are there

Rooms are fine....not luxurious but more than adequate, and are serviced every day. As vegetarians we were expecting to choose from fries and salad (as we have had to do in other locations in the past), however the selection,the labelling and the quality of the vegetarian food was outstanding. The staff cannot do enough for you - every single person has a smile for you and they are all incredibly helpful. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and the walk along the coastline gives you views that are breath-taking. And I thoroughly recommend the Makai beach bar!!! Would return to the Admiral in a heartbeat!
