We booked 10 nights but had to leave after just 3 because the beds were unbearably uncomfortable. After only two nights, we both had back and neck pain, and by the third night, I couldn’t sleep at all. The owners didn’t offer any solution, nor did they help with canceling the remaining nights, even though we had to book a new hotel due to the poor sleeping conditions. Neither the owner nor Booking.com offered any reimbursement, even though we were forced to leave early and incur extra costs. Some positives: the staff was friendly, and the pool was nice. But if I’m on holiday, I expect to sleep well—and that was impossible here. Other issues: • The location was misrepresented. It’s advertised as beachfront, but it’s actually a 15-minute walk to the beach with no shade—a problem if you’re traveling with kids. • The shower was tiny, the curtain constantly stuck to your body, and it flooded easily, making the bathroom slippery and unsafe. The only solution was a mop placed outside the room. • The kitchenette was extremely basic: just a hot plate and barely enough space to prepare food. No dish soap or hand soap was provided. We’re sorry to write such a negative review, especially since the people running the place are kind. But the descriptions on Booking.com are inaccurate, and we wouldn’t want other families to face the same issues. This was our last time booking through Booking.com.

The apartments are run by a lovely family. A very relaxed atmosphere, immaculate pool and a pool bar serving breakfasts, lunch and snacks. A short walk from both 'strips' in Kalamaki, it's an ideal location. Many guests here are regulars returning year after year, which speaks volumes. Not suitable if you're after party apartments, but perfect for a chilled out, quiet holiday.

Dennis is amazing. He gave us a lot of suggestions and info and a very good welcome. Rooms are super clean, with a/c, a kitchen corner. They change towels every two days and they make the beds every single day!!!!!! To mention: there are a bar and a very beautiful pool just outside the rooms. I super appreciated the little fountain in which you can lean your feet before entering your room. Excellent WiFi too. It is possible to receive the breakfast directly in your room Every room has his private terrace. Perfect place.

Fantastic Denis is fab great pool lovely food fantastic location. Stayed more than once and always try to book this if available plenty of beds around the pool 10 rooms so plenty of pool space

You can't find a more accomodating family run place on Zakinthos. The location is superb and gains you easy access to shops etc but far enough away to feel off track. The apartments are great and comfortable. The hospitality is very friendly and they will bend over backwards for you. Great place that I would definitely return to in future.
