Now Aqua Deluxe Hotel. Been here before when our kids were small but they've improved the hotel and renamed. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. The balcony is massive. Some rooms have a private pool. The pools (loads) are really nice. Food and drink is great. Staff lovely. It's also the only place I've ever been to you can wake up at 10 and still get a sunbed. Kids love the water park. Never any ques. 100% would go back here. Would 100

Disappointed when i saw the location as I was worried about noise from the road but needn't of worried. Rooms are a little basic but very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. Cleaners attended the room everyday. Pool is large and nice. Food is really good, plenty of meat choices for the carnivores and loads of fantastic salads for the veggies. Very close to the water park and a nice beach. Snacks at the water park were included in our all inclusive but we're a little basic. Booked 2 evening meals at the waterpark, staff great but I felt the food was better at the hotel and better labelled for veggies. Nicole, who works on reception is a wonderful person. Spent time with my family who have an interest in the Greek language. She is friendly, helpful, informative and a real credit to the hotel.

location is gorgeous however when we first got to the room there was left over chocolate ice-cream under the beds which still hasn't been cleaned up which explains the bugs. Cleaners just rude, when me and my family wanted 10 minutes to get changed into dry clothes she wouldn't allow it and we had to deal with my brother since the closed on him due to the wind. The person just gave my mum a dirty look. Foods alright but the same every night but breakfast makes up for it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman so far so good. hotel room is ok very clean on arrival however this didn't last long cleaners were so bad at cleaning as had to ask for the beds to be changed after a week of not being changed ...not given clean towels and big bags of rubbish left outside our room for 3 days..our 14 year old daughter left her money next to her bed and had some taken and was told by the manager the staff thought it was tips . not happy at this reply! unless money is handed over you do not take. On discovering this we counted ours and ours was also taken!!! shame as this spoiled the holiday.other Staff were fantastic can not fault any of them.A big shout out to Maria on the hotel bar . Pool and pool area cleaned everyday.. food very repetitive during the two weeks . A good holiday was had just a shame on discovering theft of money put a downer on the stay ..won't be going back !!!

Please be mindful that Greek 4 star isn't Spanish or UK 4 star. But, if you're looking for a decent all inclusive place to stay which includes a great pool with the adage of an onsite waterpark which also offers all inclusive snacks and drinks then look no further. Ok the rooms are typically Greek basic but they're spacious. Food in the buffet dining hall could be a tad hotter but it's varied and enough choice for veggies. The air con is good, WiFi is ok, drinks are drinkable, plenty of sunbeds and the staff are lovely. Special thanks to Doris on reception, so friendly and helpful, she's a credit to the hotel. I can't help but feel sorry for the staff here, long hours and relentlessly busy. Special tip, book on to the themed nights which run every night except Fridays and are held at the waterpark, a much better dining experience. We used a horse and carriage, found outside the hotel, as a taxi (haggle for the best price) to take us to Magdalenas bar in Tsivili (brilliant themed night, well worth a visit). The only downside to this hotel was, I'm ashamed to say, the UK clientele. It wasn't kids causing issues but the parents. The first 48 hours of our arrival left me horrified, parents fully absorbed by their mobile phones allowing their feral kids to wander unnoticed. Parents leaving masses of food waste strewed all over tables and floor. Foul mouthed adults encouraging their kids to give the middle finger. Dirty nappies left and adults with zero table manners making the restaurant resemble a pig pen. Thankfully, once we discovered the waterpark evening dining, breakfast and lunch at the hotel was better. Now I know 'the system' I would happily return. Room 317 was great.
