We booked direct though Eleni for the 2nd time this year (August). Last year we booked 2 rooms and both my son and daughter got an electric shock from the door handle...the key holder was permanently live and gave a shock when you opened the door. Anyway, we decided to book again this year, 3 rooms this time. I paid the deposit and confirmation was received. We landed in zante and went straight to the apartments ready to check in. Eleni came down looking all confused. After 20 mins of waiting, she came back to us, looking very apologetic, saying she was sorry, and it was "her fault". My heart sank! She had double booked us! We waited around the pool for 6 hours while she tried ringing around to find alternative accommodation. Eventually she found us a villa...2 miles from the main resort (which is why we booked to go back, because of the location). The villa was beautiful but we explained that we would have to get a taxi 4 times a day to get to the beach and then back evey evening for meals etc. She originally said she would pay for the taxi (said it would be 10€ each way). When the taxi came to pick us up to take us to the villa, we had to settle the bill. Eleni paid 2k€ towards the villa but only took 140€ off the bill towards our taxis. The taxi cos us 20-25€ each way (x4 each day) and she refused to pay for car hire for us. She didnt even offer us a drink while we waited for her to find us something! Obviously we had to order food and drinks around the pool while we waited so i asked her to pay half, which she did, begrudgingly! Would not go back here if you paid me! Completely ruined our holiday and put a dampener on us having to hire a car, at our own expense to try and save some money (car hire was booked through a very good friend Dimitri at a massive saving of £710€) for the remaining 8 days. Book with caution and only through a site, do NOT book direct! We've been going to Zante for years and its completely put me off going back!

Clean, comfortable, modern Greek self catering accommodation in beautiful setting with pool and bar (Piscina pool bar). Only 10 rooms.

The apartman equipped ! Everything was perfect here! The waiters were cool guy!

A very tranquil place with a nice garden. It's quiet and close to the city center. There's also a pool bar nearby. We've spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed our stay 🙂

Nice apartments kept clean and tidy. Not really self catering but just enough to make a sandwich or a small pot of pasta. Take note, the pool bar as shown on the web site is not part of the estate. Piscina is a separate company and using the sun loungers and pool it's only fair the you buy a few drinks or have some lunch.
