I would like to share my experience at this hotel as follows: Reception Staff: 5 stars. Two extraordinary ladies, customer-oriented, truly professional. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The cleaning is done daily, very satisfactory in this regard. Room 3 stars. An unpleasant thing was that the first time we arrived at the hotel, we had to go buy soap because there was none in the bathroom. Pool: 4 stars. Very beautiful. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it was hard to find a sunbed after 9 AM. Otherwise, it deserves 5 stars. Location: 4 stars. Very good location; I would have given it 5 stars if it had been right by the beach. Service: 3 stars. We didn't have meals included, but I saw that the offerings looked good and varied. I gave 3 stars for service because when I asked for a coffee at the bar one morning, the young lady there told me to leave 3.5 Euros and help myself at the breakfast machine. I didn’t know how to use it, and instead of an espresso, I ended up with an American coffee, but that’s my fault :) One thing I would criticize about the travel company, not the hotel: If you wanted air conditioning, you had to pay an extra 15 Euros per day. It's not an amount that would have made a difference in deciding whether to take it or not, but I felt somewhat deceived.

If they give you room 201 with 1 queen size bed, make sure they have fixed the clogged pipes in the bathroom otherwise after each shower the entire bathroom is flooded with water and you cannot leave and come back to brush your teeth, etc and sometimes the water leaks into the other rooms if you take long showers. Extra charge for air condition, extra charge for breakfast, extra charge for hand soap and paper towels in the room. Super stingy, not cool. I would not stay here again after the experience. Hopefully they fix room 201 and they stop penny pinching by the time you book this hotel. Also if you are Greek, don’t stay in this town, it’s too touristy and not like real Greece at all. Stay in one of the mountain villages instead. If you’re single and alone, maybe this is OK but I brought my wife and we did not have a nice stay. Sorry! This is just constructive criticism and I hope the next guests at this hotel have a better time.

Parking in the back of the hotel. There's a static traffic "cone" in the middle of the narrow street. Fun to pass slowly always. Customers suck at parking, so be sure not to be one of them. Think and park politely, to leave room for everyone 🦉 Good pool, but crowded of course, with kids corner. The pool bar (in the water) not open, too bad, nicely done seats and all. The normal pool bar open and operational. Food comes really slowly... But good when it does. Maybe a strategy to have more hunger, better taste, eh? 🤣 Waterfall automatization during the day changes from the "miniriver" to pool side. Quite nice actually. Service is a bit random. Sometimes very pleasant, sometimes not. Maybe language barrier or so? Got a complimentary mini-turtle when we were leaving with our loudly - in the pool area - giggling son... So have to say staff has a good heart too and loves the kids. Oh yeah, and be sure to check out the pool cleaning robot by night if you have kids! It climbs the wall by controlling somehow the lift effect - magical and spooky for the kids 🤣

Wonderful and peaceful place for our vacations. Breakfast buffet is brilliant and very tasty, also the food. The staff is kind and helpful. Good and fast service , fresh and tasty cocktails!

Fantastic hotel very well situated in Zakynthos Greece in the resort of Tsilive. The staff are helpful. The rooms are cleaned everyday, and are modern and well equipped. we have just come back from having a lovely holiday, I can say that with experience of years of going to Zakynthos.
