We had a fantastic stay at Villa Fabiana! We were a group of 6 adults and one baby, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional the villa was spotless inside and out, with daily cleaning that kept the entire outdoor area perfectly maintained. The heated pool was a dream, especially with a baby-friendly shallow section that made it super safe and enjoyable for our little one. The jacuzzi was huge more like a mini spa! Perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The BBQ area was a highlight too fully equipped with plenty of seating and ideal for group dinners. We had a few other families staying nearby, and it created such a warm, friendly atmosphere with lots of kids around playing and laughing. Leonidas was an outstanding host friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We were all completely blown away by the experience. Can’t recommend it enough we’ll definitely be back!

Villa Fabiana was just perfect for our week stay in Zante in May. Leonidas was absolutely amazing and the hospitality was 5 star. We had a wonderful welcome starting with airport pick up, showround of the stunning villa and a beautifully cooked meal. The villa is just stunning and exactly like the pictures. We had everything we needed. The additional cleaning during the week was a lovely touch. There is a local supermarket about 10 mins walk from the villa which had a great selection of items. The island is beautiful and weather was perfect bar 1 day. Leonidas arranged everything we needed from Taxis, massages in the villa and boat tour around the island. He was in regular contact and very accommodating with any question we had. We can't wait to come back!

Our recent stay at Villa Fabiana (part of Clio Villas) was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to our gracious host Leo and the impeccable service provided by the housekeeper Miranda. From the moment we arrived, Leo's warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. His extensive knowledge of the area proved invaluable as he offered invaluable recommendations for local attractions, supermarket and car rental services, ensuring we made the most of our time in Zakynthos. Although typically offering cooked meal on arrival, Leo was incredibly understanding and accommodating to our dietary and religious requirements, instead he ensured we get a huge supply of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as bottled water. The fully air conditioned villa itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Moreover, the villa boasted an array of amenities. From the entertainment options like the PS4, TVs, and speakers, to the serene outdoor spaces with pool table, barbecue area and a cute little well kept garden. The outdoor area was simply breathtaking. The heated pool provided a blissfully comfortable temperature for swimming. The sunbeds were quite comfortable and our family definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The outdoor dining area was a nice place to have meals together! In conclusion, our experience at Villa Fabiana surpassed all expectations. Leo's hospitality created an atmosphere of warmth and luxury that made our stay truly unforgettable. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to this enchanting retreat.

Both villas are absolutely gorgeous. Loads of space, immaculately clean and such a chilled out space. The outdoor area is even better - loads of space, beautiful pool and barbecue area and Villa Fabiana even has a hot tub as well! We spent all our time sitting outside. The area is quiet and peaceful so perfect for relaxing by the pool in your own space. As for Leo, he couldn’t have done more for us. From the moment he met us at the airport he made sure we had everything we needed. I do also have to mention the lady who does the cleaning - she did a phenomenal job both indoor and outdoor. We would definitely stay here again, Leo’s villas are fantastic and the service is excellent.

We had a wonderfull stay in this beautiful villa. Leonidas did take care of us very well. He even cooked us a dinner the first night. Feels like home directly. The house has everything, cleaned well and is good situated. Nearby a very nice fishrestaurant, Supermarket and Backery. Leo gives us all kind of tips for daytrips , beaches, restaurants. Nothing to much for him. And the Island is so beautiful, so colourful, sometimes like a picture. And then the people……we can learn from them in kindness, taking care of you and being greatfull.
