Our experience here was nothing short of fantastic! Excellent hospitality,breakfast, and overall service. Special shoutout to Petros and Fotis (I apologize if the name is spelled incorrectly). Both gentlemen were accommodating, kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. If you are looking for an infant-friendly hotel near the main town that is close to food etc, this hotel is it!!

Kind staff, clean rooms and great breakfast! Not taking away a star for this but the tv was completely useless. Internet option disabled so no streaming from phone to tv. Only a few greek channels available. Flipside is the wifi on our phones worked great.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help other travelers who are looking for a good place to stay – just like I did when planning this trip. Our stay at Bitzaro Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The hotel has a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is truly unbeatable – just a 2-minute walk from the center of Zante Town, with great restaurants, shops, and the harbor nearby. Everything was spotless, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Vasiliki at the reception – her warm smile and kindness made a real difference. We will definitely come back!

Cannot say enough good things about Bitzaro. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and they are nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately on this trip, we had to leave early due to a family emergency. When we told Vasiliki with the concierge what happened, she was so sweet and offered us a full refund on the nights we were unable to stay. She absolutely did not have to do this and this just speaks to how kind the people of Greece are. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, great breakfast and walking distance to everything in the port town. Book it!!!

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would have preffered if the bathroom had a door. There is only a door for the toilet, and showering is inconvenient as you spill water everywhere
