We have just arrived home from a 2 weeks stay here, we were a little concerned after reading some of the previous reviews, but pleased to say that we had a really lovely experience. On arrival there was an issue with our room but we were surprised with an upgrade to a private villa with pool for 2 nights, the villa was lovely and we were very pleased. The staff on the hotel reception and the lady that greeted us at the Villa were amazing and very helpful, they really made us feel welcome. The villa and hotel room were spotless, beds were comfortable and clean. The pool area was always kept clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast that was served had plenty of variety and was to a decent quality, we didn't try the evening meals as we visited local restaurants. We would recommend at stay here.

Great place to stay. Beautiful area and lovely hotel. Very quiet and secluded, but with several restaurants right down the road. The pool area is updated and very nice, and the view, especially from the restaurant/breakfast area is spectacular. Our room was great, just as described, with an excellent view from the balcony and great air conditioning. There was even a small refrigerator with freezer. The only slight negative here was that the bed was quite hard and the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, but that is a person preference and very subjective. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel buffet. There were several recurring dishes, but also new and different dishes every day. Something for everyone. The head of the restaurant at evening meals was extremely friendly and helpful and polite. The staff in general were friendly and helpful and housekeeping came every day to clean/ tidy up the room.

Excellent place to stay for a quiet trip away. Lovely local restaurants which were really good by any standard and easily walkable. The communal parts of the hotel were great. Only issue is the room. I think some rooms have been upgraded but we must have been in an older one. Whilst clean and well serviced the mattress was horrendous. Like sleeping on concrete.

booked this hotel for a special holiday with my elderly mum—her first trip abroad. I deliberately chose what was advertised as a 4-star hotel to ensure comfort and a positive experience. Unfortunately, what we found was nothing like the photos online. The room was dark, basic to the point of being uncomfortable, and far from 4-star quality—I honestly wouldn’t even rate it 2 stars. We were given dirty towels, the drainage didn’t work properly, there wasn’t even a chair in the room, and my mum was expected to sleep on a military-style bed with a thin 3cm mattress, where you could feel every spring. She couldn’t sleep, and when I tried to use it instead (I suffer from fibromyalgia), it was unbearable for me too. When I politely approached the manager to explain our situation, she responded by laughing in my face, pointing her finger at me, and mocking me, asking if I was “done talking.” She showed no willingness to help, ignored us for three days, and eventually threatened to evict us. To make matters worse, staff members quietly apologised, saying they were terrified of the manager and couldn’t help or speak up as they feared losing their jobs. I tried escalating the issue, but I was told staff must support the manager’s version of events. This was one of the most disrespectful, humiliating, and emotionally draining experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely shocking—a solid -10. And in the end, the manager told me I “would benefit from another hotel because this isn’t the place for me" Well—she was right. I left after 3 nights and ended up renting a small apartment nearby that wasn't even rated 1-star—yet the conditions were better than any 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in. It was spotless, comfortable, had all the essentials, friendly staff, and was half the price. We stayed there another 7 days and actually enjoyed our holiday in peace. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s falsely advertised, poorly managed, and completely lacking in basic hospitality and human decency.

We spent our holiday here and we loved it! The room was clean, the food was good, you had a large variety to chose from and also, the staff was really friendly. The location was also very good, because it’s only a few minutes away from the beach. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back!
