A great place for families with children. The food is excellent, and picky eaters will also find something to enjoy. It's a quiet place with several pools, which is exactly what we were looking for. Friendly service. Fair drinks. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the bathroom was below our expectations

We stayed at Aqua Bay and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The accommodation was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Spacious rooms with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The grounds are well maintained with several pools, so there’s always a quiet spot to unwind. The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always plentiful. From fresh fruit and salads to local dishes and international favorites, there was something for everyone. Even the kids had plenty of tasty options. The staff truly made the difference: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. You feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout your stay. Aqua Bay is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive holiday with top service. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴☀️🍹

We spent a week in Aqua Bay in late August and it was a great holiday. Hotel is very clean, sunbeds at the pool very comfortable. Rooms bit small and tight for the family of 4 but we only slept there so all right. All inclusive to the highest standard. Really recommend for the stay in Zakynthos!!

Holidayed at this hotel. It was nice, we were told it was 5 star, no chance, maybe 4 star at a push, but closer to 3 star. Staff were nice. Pools were ok. Access to watermark next door was good, but the Waterpark is not the greatest. Food was good overall. Staff were slow to bring items like drinks, as you couldn't really get your own, there was a couple of machines, but the hot drink one didn't really work often. Staff were friendly, if a little too quick to clear the table. Entertainment was pretty average. Room was ok, cleaned everyday, no TV remote, took reporting to reception 4 time to get one. Fridge in room was good, and useful. Also a kettle. Overall a nice enough place, any staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time there.

Excellent hotel and ideal for families. Recommend ground floor rooms as a pool is just outside your door. Access to waterpark next door is a bonus. Good food and decent AI drink selection.
