Me and my friends had the best vaccations of our life in zante !! The villa was perfect , the location was pretty good and we really liked the nature around us ! The owner and the cleaning lady was very kind and respectful and we hope to come again this year in zante and stay at anassa villa ! Everything was perfect thank you again !!!!

Very nice and welcoming home. The host Zoi was very friendly even if we did not meet , her son was there to welcome us and that was all. The beautiful garden and swimming pool is all you need after a long and hot day traveling around the island . Hope we come back in the upcoming years.

Stayed here as a group of 7 for 2 weeks and had a great experience, beautiful villa and owners were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

First, the positives: The villa is very nice! A very nice floor plan and a wonderful terrace with a pool. There's a coffee machine and a small toaster. The beds are very nicely made. Everything is clean. Check-in went smoothly; I'd say we've never had such an easy check-in. Totally uncomplicated, quickly accessible, answers all questions, simply very nice! The neighbor is also a wonderful, kind older lady. The forecourt has space for a scooter or a car, and the location is great for exploring everything on the island. You can walk to Lagans Road to rent a car. The pool is a bit more refreshing than the warm sea. There are lockers for clothes and cooking utensils. There's also a barbecue. Once a week, someone comes to clean the house and change the towels. The beds were lovingly made. Everyone received enough towels. Check-out was also flawless and easy (key box). We were even allowed to stay longer because our flight wasn't until later. The owner also sent us several taxi numbers, which worked super easily and on time. The refrigerator is big enough. All in all, a beautiful villa in a good location. 1 star for the location because of the noise. What we didn't like so much: Unfortunately, it was a real noise disaster for us. There are about six roosters across the street from the villa. They crow all day long. We booked the villa for peace and quiet, but we didn't get any peace and quiet since the villa is also located on a main road. When the roosters stop crowing, the screaming of the children living next door starts in the evening. We have children ourselves and don't mind laughter or playing, but these children were practically screaming until after 10 p.m. We were almost ready to go over and ask them to be quieter. In the middle of the night, dogs start barking; you get the feeling that something is wrong when dogs are growling and barking outside, in the middle of the night. The furnishings must have been through a lot (like grills), which doesn't surprise me, given that the villa is very close to a party venue. There were no taps for the dishwasher, but we simply washed everything by hand. There are many cats that relieve themselves in the bushes. When you lie by the pool, you can sometimes smell unpleasant odors. The loungers also seem a bit battered. Since we've stayed in many villas, we unfortunately have to give them only 3 stars, despite the owners' kindness, because we didn't get to enjoy a single day of peace and quiet in the villa. Above all, we could have had something else for this price, BUT! If you're coming with several people and don't want to relax in the villa all day, it's definitely worth booking. There were only three of us, which is why it was "expensive" for us.

I don't usually speak so positively about a place! It was really what we wanted and were looking for. After researching to find the right accommodation, we ended up with the best with various things. The location was ideal for both our escapes to the beautiful beaches of the island and from the country. Clean spaces, with enough amenities, you really felt like home. The owner also contributed to this, who was impeccable! The pool was clean, with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas and with the outdoor area making you relax to the fullest.. Ideal for families, with the surrounding area being safe and quiet. It also provides parking. Personally, whenever I find myself on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, villa anasa will be my choice!
