Me and my fiancè spent 8 nights here. A small corner of Paridise in Argasi. Excellent notes: private position compared to either locations in the area, private parking and all services and restaurants close by. 2 steps and you are on the beach enjoying the sea. Rooms are VERY CLEAN and all services are managed in a very good manner. We would give Argasi a 3 on location because is very busy and it gets even busier after dinner time.

Overall a wonderful place. The location is great, you can sleep by the sea and just relax and enjoy the view. The owners are also very friendly and willing to help. They also gave us their apricots and oranges from the garden which was a lovely treat. Free parking is also a great bonus - and even in the shade. The cleanliness is great, room are cleaned every day and you receive fresh bed sheets and towels. On the other hand, as far as the room goes, the air condition was rather loud, but luckily the rooms are positioned so that they are rather cold. I also found that the hair dryer did not work. Now the biggest dissapointment was the kitchen. There is only one socket for all appliances (kettle, stove, coffee machine, toaster, milk frother etc). We tried to make coffee on the first day but had to wait for other people to free that one socket so we could heat the watter in a kettle. The stove and the coffee machine did not work. In the next days we were not using the kitchen at all and just went to coffee to a restaurant.

Alisaxni Studios is a wonderful place to stay! The premises is well maintained and looks fantastic. The owner is accomadating and extremely helpful. The beachfront property gives you ample opportunity to relax on the studio-exclusive sunbeds without too much of a crowd. The rooms have air-conditioning and are refreshed daily (except Sunday I think). The location is also advantageous as you are within walking distance of many amenities (bakery, cafe, market, restaurants, bars, taverns) without the disruption of the crowds. It's cozy, comfy, and I would definitely look at staying here again if we return to Zakynthos!

A wonderful gem of a place. A bit understated, but it is all great! Right on the beach. With a great barbecue for the guests to use, beautiful patio and a table at the waters edge, sun loungers for the guests too! Owners are nice, and responsive. We will be back!
