We stayed there for 4 days and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the most important it was only 50 meters from the sea. The apartment has everything you need to stay there with friends or family. The sea was shallow so the kids enjoyed every minute of it. The host was very polite and friendly. There is also a beach bar there where u can enjoy tasty cocktails and food. I fully recommend Nikis Beach house and we will sure visit it again.

We were deceived by the positive reviews. One star is given for the short walk to the water and the size of the apartment. Two things are important to us on vacation: peace and quiet and cleanliness. Neither was present; it was a disaster. The apartment is located between the main road with a grill restaurant, and the front of the apartment overlooks the backs of two hotels. To the left is a derelict building. The apartment has two rooms and a kitchen/living area. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The bathroom is a disaster; it's so tiny that you have to go to the toilet at an angle. When you shower (mini shower tray with curtain :-( ) the bathroom floods. The hostess gave me a mop that was so disgustingly old that I asked for a new one. It was at least three years old. The apartment floor was heavy and sandy before we'd even been to the beach. Here, the dirt gets pushed from left to right. I mopped myself every day, the water remained dirty, and dozens of people's hair stuck to the mop. In the end, I avoided touching the floor. Almost every night there was noise, either from the grill restaurant or from the construction ruins, where drunken construction workers were partying until the morning. On top of that, the smell of the grilling came into the room all night long. So, on 4 out of 7 nights, sleeping was only possible from 3 a.m. onwards. The indoor climate is terrible because there is no roof. It is so hot in the rooms that you inevitably have to use the air conditioning. The design is poor, plastic flowers. The furniture is old, and you should Don't look. You could really invest a bit here. It's expensive enough to warrant spending a few euros. The description and reviews should have been more honest, because I would never have booked this place!!! Noise at night on vacation is completely unacceptable, and the hygiene has to be up to scratch. We need to recover from our vacation first :-( What a shame!! At almost €100 per night, that's a real disgrace! We've traveled a lot - all over the world - this was by far the worst well-paid apartment.
